Hey there! I’m Ashi, and in reality Kira.
I’m originally from Poland and currently live in a small town where I’ve grown close to nature and let’s say okayish life around me.
While I was growing up surrounded by fields that gave me a deep love for nature and animals, which sparked my initial interest in agriculture. I was fortunate enough to attend end up in a school with agricultural specialization.
At the same time, I was always into tech - I explored various IT-related things and worked on a few projects along the way. While it never became my career path (fortunately or unfortunately), it was a fun part of my journey and something I still enjoy on the side.
In the end, though, I followed many interests that had been with me the whole time like aviation. Especially love looking into helicopters!!! I’m happy to say I made the hop into career path, and now I ended up working in aviation, which feels pretty amazing, honestly. Outside of work, I’m someone with a whole mix of interests
So these are my interests:
- Agriculture – It’s obvious.
- Aviation – Well, from a fascination with helicopters to a career. ;)
- Firearms – Oh just, phew, phew.
- Firefighting & Law Enforcement – I volunteered as a firefighter, but I’m also completely interested in the police as well.
- Modern History – Especially military history and tech, with a focus on the Cold War, post 9/11 world, and modern conflicts.
- Sports – I like to stay active. Running and aerobic exercise help me clear my mind to feel better.
- Tech – I enjoy working on small projects at home, giving new life to devices by refurbishing and fixing them
- Video Games – I usually avoid mainstream titles. I mostly play milsim or any other tactical like games, also simulators and something with a touch of management.
The Music That Moves Me
Aside from all these interests I mentioned, I love music - rock and metal, with several favorite bands holding a special place in my heart, including Rise Against, Linkin Park, System of A Down, TRUSTcompany, HEALTH and more.
Music has been my escape at times when it's been more difficult.
It's a powerful tool to help me get away from life's challenges, providing relief, motivation and a sense of energy for sure.
Personality & Values
Talking about my personality, from what I've noticed I consider myself a sensitive person, someone who takes words to heart and cares deeply about those who matter to me. It’s not uncommon to hear from me that I am always ready to lend a hand. I never refuse requests, and I am always willing to offer help if I am able to; now ya know from small gestures to large acts of kindness, I’ll always be ready to support anyone in need.
But oki although I'm more of introverted type and tend to avoid large groups because I can only be comfortable in smaller circles, I think I can be explosive at times in terms of character, but will often keep quiet anyway because that more "social" version is missing from me.
On the other hand, I'm open to meeting new people. I don't have a problem if someone comes up simply saying hello with wanting to talk, I try to be an understanding person, I don’t like hurting others, because I know what it feels like. That’s why I do my best to make sure no one feels like they’re left behind or treated unfairly. Everyone’s different in their own way, and I really respect that.
I genuinely value good friendships; the kind built on shared interests, mutual respect, and simply being kind to one another. When those pieces fit together, I hold onto them tightly. I always try to build stronger bonds through personality, behavior, and the things we enjoy in common.
The last thing to be about is that I have no empathy for people who are mean, manipulative, or intentionally hurtful. I believe I have a good eye and senses for a situation when someone’s not being genuine, or when taken advantage of others. I’m not claiming to be any sort of guardian of morality, but I do believe it’s important to protect your peace. So, if someone constantly spreads negativity or crosses the lines, I won’t hesitate to step away even if it means cutting ties with them.
Moving On to My Fursona
So my Fursona is named Ashi, a coyote with warm colors (kinda of like a cozy cappuccino). Ashi represents the free part of me, and she’s just as much a reflection of my inner world as everything else you’ve read here. We’re basically one and the same.
